Welcome to HighBeam Cleaning. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the exterior cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided. HighBeam Cleaning provides pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Service details, pricing, and scope are confirmed in writing prior to the start of work.

2. Estimates and Pricing. Estimates provided by phone, online, or in person are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations. Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities. Customers are responsible for securing pets, removing personal property from the work area, and disclosing any known damage, fragile surfaces, or special conditions prior to service.

6. Limitation of Liability. While we take every precaution to protect property, HighBeam Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from cleaning, or damage resulting from concealed defects not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns.
